Glass Fiber
Glass Fiber is a type of fibre-reinforced plastic made from glass fibre. For this reason, Fibreglass is also known as glass-reinforced plastic or glass fibre-reinforced plastic. Typically, glass fibre is flattened into a sheet, arranged randomly, or weaved into fabric. Glass fibres can be made from various types of glass, depending on their intended application.
Aramid Fiber
Aramid fiber is also known as Kevlar. Aramid fiber composite has high specific strength and stiffness which in turn provides high impact resistance. Compared to the other fiber composites, it is a cost-effective composite material. It has good mechanical properties in terms of low density, high tenacity, and high impact resistance.
Carbon Fiber
Carbon Fiber is a polymer and is sometimes known as graphite fiber. It is a very strong material that is also very lightweight. Carbon fiber is stronger and stiffer than steel, but also lighter than steel, making it the ideal manufacturing material for various parts.
