Industrial Solution
SuperPul
SuperPul is pultrusion process that converts fiber reinforcements and resin into finished composite parts. It enables continuous production in a highly automated and low-labor process that uses a heated die to give shape to the composite part.
SuperPul is an ideal process for the manufacturing of solid, hollow profile-like flat bars, channels, pipes, tubing, I-beam, etc. as per the customer's specification.
Functionality Highlights
SuperPipes
SuperPipes are used in the oil, gas, and chemical industries due to their corrosion resistance, lightweight nature, and durability. FRP materials, which typically include fiberglass reinforced with polymer resins, offer advantages in corrosive environments where traditional materials may deteriorate over time.
Functionality Highlights
Carbon Fiber Sheets
Carbon fiber sheet is a composite material consisting of carbon fiber reinforcement in a polymer matrix. CF sheets are made for their application in research work and for structural components and body panels.
Functionality Highlights
Carbon Fiber Tubes
Carbon fiber tubes are cylindrical structures made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer. These tubes are made for structural reinforcement in construction works and for development of parts for defence.
Functionality Highlights
Carbon Fiber Rollers
Carbon fiber rollers are cylindrical components used in in manufacturing and material handling applications. These rollers are constructed in specialized processes that require non-metallic materials to avoid contamination or to meet specific performance requirements, which offer several advantages over traditional materials like steel or aluminum.
Functionality Highlights
Carbon Fiber Rods
Carbon fiber rods, also known as carbon fiber reinforced polymer rods, are cylindrical structural components made by embedding carbon fibers in a polymer matrix, typically epoxy resin. These rods are a preferred choice for many demanding engineering and manufacturing applications.
