SuperStrong FRP
SuperStrong FRP Rods are central-strength members, round rods located in the center of fiber optic cables, that combine the high-performance properties of glass reinforcements with unique resin formulations to produce a strong and cost-efficient cable reinforcement. It is specially designed for use in all-dielectric cable applications that require superior dimensional stability. The long, splice-free lengths enhance productivity in cabling operations.
FRP Central Strength members serve a dual purpose. The tensile strength protects installation, and the rigidity helps prevent the cable from buckling during its life. The size ranges from 0.5 to 8.0 mm. We produce both UV-as well as thermal-cured FRP rods.

SuperStrong Coated FRP
The SuperStrong Coated FRP rod is manufactured using glass fiber roving and a unique resin formulation and then coated with suitable coating materials like EAA, acrylics, EVA, PP, etc. The coating thickness ranges from 10 microns to 50 microns.
The cable manufactured with a SuperStrong coated FRP rod would be higher in strength and flexibility with an anti-buckling feature, lower in diameter, lighter in weight, and dielectric in nature, offering durability.

SuperStrong WB FRP
SuperStrong water blocking FRP Rods are produced using e-glass fiber with a unique resin formulation and coated with a water swellable material. The hard coated surface makes it easy to handle, thus providing a smooth surface.
It is a strength member for OFC, which quickly swells when it comes in contact with water, thus eliminating the need for separate water swellable yarn. It has a distinctive coating that absorbs water, providing effective moisture protection to capture water ingress in the cable upon contact with moisture. It is available in various sizes, ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm.
Functionality Highlights
SuperStrong Flat FRP
The SuperStrong Flat FRP rod is manufactured using E-glass fiber with a unique resin formulation. It is available on a coated surface, which allows for easy handling and a smooth surface. The desired reel length can be supplied on standard plywood or plastic spools.
It is designed to be used as a dielectric protection in very rugged cables. These rods provide peripheral reinforcement in fiber optic applications and can be embedded in the cable's jacket longitudinally or helically stranded over the core, depending on the specific design and requirements of the cable.
Functionality Highlights
SuperStrong Steel Core FRP
SuperStrong steel wire core FRP rod is manufactured using the special composition of the finest quality steel wire and exclusive resins and coating system to provide steel wire with a low bending radius and high adhesion to up-jacketing material.
It has been specifically designed for the Fiber to the Home (FTTX) cables, featuring a coated steel wire that offers a low bending radius and excellent adhesion to up-jacketing, which is essential for this application. These reinforcements are embedded using a PE, PVC, or LSHF jacket at the periphery of the cable. It is available in diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm and is packaged on standard wooden or plastic spools.
Functionality Highlights
SuperStrong Up-jacketed FRP
The SuperStrong UP-jacketed FRP rod acts as a rigid strength member for fiber optic cables, demonstrating superior resistance to strain caused by thermal contraction or expansion. Several side benefits include reduced cable weight, reduced material consumption, and easier field preparation.
Functionality Highlights
SuperStrong ARP
SuperStrong ARP rods are non-metallic composites designed primarily for use as a central-strength member in fiber optic cables. ARP rods offer high tensile strength and better bending properties with a minimum weight.
Thus, these are ideal for cable designs for FTTH applications where the cables demand high flexibility and bending. An excellent choice for high-temperature environments. On these rods, EAA coating (ethylene acrylic acid) is done, which allows easy handling and provides better adhesion properties. The size ranges from 0.4 mm to 1.0mm in coated and uncoated forms.

SuperFlex GFR Yarn
SuperFlex GFR yarn is manufactured using E-Glass fiber with unique resin systems to produce an innovative value-added reinforcement solution with a high degree of softness and strength. It has a special smooth, flexible coating that improves handling and eliminates dust and loose fiber generation during cable production, even at very high speeds, leading to high productivity and ultimate cable strength.
Functionality Highlights
SuperFlex WB Yarn
SuperFlex Water Blocking Yarn is coated E-glass with soft, abrasion-resistant resin for easy handling and enhanced flexibility. It is used in optical fiber cables and power cables as reinforcement to improve tensile strength and rodent protection properties. When WB yarn encounters water, it quickly swells and fills the gaps between cable components, protecting it from water leakage.
Super Flex WB yarns are available from 250 deniers to 6000 deniers.

SuperRadome
A SuperRadome is a protective covering designed to enclose and shield a radar antenna from environmental factors, such as wind, rain, and other weather conditions. It is manufactured by the pultrusion process and can have various customized profiles. The material used for radomes is fiber glass composites, as they should be transparent to radar signals to allow for the proper functioning of the radar antenna.
